Terms
These terms cover the free audit and website projects from SparkMonetize. SparkMonetize is run by Emirhan Karakoç. When these terms say "I" or "me", they mean Emirhan. "You" means the clinic or person I'm working with.
The free audit
The audit is a free 20-minute call about your current website. There is no obligation to buy anything, and you keep the notes whether we work together or not.
The build plan and price
After the audit, I prepare a build plan for your site: the pages, the booking setup, any add-ons, and a fixed price in writing. The price is in US dollars. Work starts only when you agree to the plan.
Your files and content
You send the material for your site: logo, photos, services, insurance details and legal pages. You confirm that you have the right to use everything you send, and that the facts about your clinic are accurate. My timeline starts when I have your files.
Revisions before launch
Before launch you get one full redesign, if the overall direction isn't right, and unlimited small changes during the 7-day revision period.
Small change: an edit to the draft site that keeps its overall layout and direction, such as rewording or replacing text, swapping a photo, reordering sections, adjusting colors, or adding or removing an item in a list. A request for a different overall design counts as the full redesign. New pages and new features that aren't in the build plan are quoted separately.
Paying after you approve
You see and approve your finished website before you pay anything. Payment is due once you approve the site, before it goes live. If you don't approve it, you don't pay and the site doesn't go live.
The guarantee
After launch, if your new site doesn't bring in at least 10% more bookings in its first 14 days than your old site did in the 14 days before, you get a full refund and keep the website. The full conditions, including what counts as a booking and how to claim, are in the guarantee terms, which are part of these terms.
After launch
You choose one of two plans after your first month.
- Own It: $0 after month one. Site files, domain and booking tool are handed over in your name, with a one-page guide. Adjustments after the first month are quoted per request.
- Done For You: $300 every 3 months. I host the site, keep the booking tool and domain running, and fix anything that breaks. Includes 5 small adjustments a month after the first month.
Both plans include up to 5 small adjustments a week in your first month live, and domain renewal.
Small adjustment: one change to existing content that takes under 30 minutes, such as swapping text or a photo, updating hours or prices, or adding a service to a list. New pages, new features and layout changes are quoted separately.
Ownership
Your domain is registered in your name. Once you've paid, the site and its content are yours. If you're refunded under the guarantee, you keep the site too.
Patient information
The websites I build ask visitors only for contact details and a preferred time, never medical information. Clinical details stay in your own practice software.
Limits
I do my best to keep your site and booking working, but I can't promise that third-party services such as hosting, domain registrars or booking tools will never be interrupted. Except for the refund described in the guarantee terms, my total responsibility for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top. The terms you agreed to when your project started still apply to that project.
